Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

All U.S. orders ship via USPS. Shipping times may vary depending on the destination and carrier and are outside of our control once a package has been shipped.

U.S. shipping is free.

Some Presence Sanctuary products are available for shipping to Canada. Availability and any applicable shipping charges will be shown at checkout.

If your order arrives damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us at presence.sanctuary11@gmail.com so we can make it right.
